How does ClearCorrect work?

ClearCorrect aligners are specially crafted for each patient to gradually shift your teeth into their ideal position. You’ll wear each aligner for a designated period, applying gentle pressure to move your teeth step by step.

As you swap to each new aligner, your smile will improve little by little, week by week. You’ll come in for check-ups about every six weeks, allowing us to monitor your progress and provide you with your next set of aligners.

Your ClearCorrect journey with Ferry Dental Centre

1. Book a free consultation: Meet with our Treatment Coordinator to discuss your teeth straightening options. They will take scans and photos and answer any questions you have.
2. Meet our orthodontist: Visit our Southampton practice for a 1-hour consultation with Dr Marwa Arzoky. She will carry out a comprehensive orthodontic assessment, including X-rays, and create a digital 3D model of your teeth. Before you leave, we will give you a rough idea of the timeframe and costs.
3. Receive your treatment plan: You’ll return to Ferry Dental Centre two weeks later to review your digital treatment plan. This shows you how your teeth will move at each step of the way, and the final result. We’ll present your full treatment plan, give you consent forms to sign and discuss and arrange your payment plan.
4. Fit your aligners: Your first set of ClearCorrect aligners will be fitted and your journey to a beautiful straight smile really begins. We’ll explain how and when to change your aligners for the next in the series and arrange your next in-practice appointment for us to monitor your progress.
5. Retain and sparkle: Once your teeth are in their new straighter position, we want to make sure they stay there, and that they look their best. A retainer and teeth whitening treatment are included as part of your orthodontic treatment with us.
