   Dental clinics are much quieter than they used to be, but sounds inside the mouth can still seem louder. It’s normal to associate certain noises with discomfort, but modern tools are less invasive than they sound.

   If the sounds bother you, do not hesitate to bring your head phones and turn on your favourite playlist during the procedure. We also play soft background music to create a more soothing, phobic-friendly environment.

2. Easing needle phobia:

   If you’re afraid of needles, you’re not alone – nearly 90% of people share this fear. While not all injections are completely painless, we apply a topical anaesthetic gel to your gums to make them as comfortable as possible.

   We also offer various techniques to calm nervous patients, such as deep breathing, visualisation, and positive affirmations, ensuring a more relaxed experience.
